Gladys Sanchez, Associate Attorney

Gladys Sanchez is an Associate Attorney at Hatch Rockers Immigration in Raleigh, North Carolina, where she practices immigration law. She is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). 

Gladys graduated cum laude from Campbell University School of Law. She also earned pro bono distinction. While in law school, she interned with the Farmworker Unit at Legal Aid of North Carolina, Ogletree Deakins, and the North Carolina Supreme Court. She was a member of the Hispanic Law Student Association and Moot Court team, and she volunteered with Catholic Charities Immigration Legal Services.

Prior to law school, Gladys served as a Youth Advocate with a federal program, where she worked with young individuals facing barriers to education, employment, and training. She also worked as a College Adviser, serving low-income, first-generation, and underserved high school students through the Carolina College Advising Corps and AmeriCorps.

Gladys received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she majored in Political Science and History. She was named a Buckley Public Service Scholar. 

Gladys’s background and experiences have fueled her passion for helping immigrant families navigate the complexities of immigration law. She is fluent in Spanish.
